While living in Ca. and flying into to visit home, La. I would be on the road between New Orleans, Thibodaux, and Baton Rouge. It was my triangle and the red lines in this painting are the way I thought that triangle must look from above. There's the lush green of South Louisiana in the painting. That humid, wet green rushed at me, amazed me, enveloped me after a life in California.
